WeekSlim Terms of Use
Welcome to WeekSlim (the “App”), provided by TAN SHI CHUANG YI LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Medical disclaimer
The App is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or medication instructions. All numbers, charts, reminders and AI estimates in the App are for personal reference only and may be inaccurate. For any decision about your health, diet, weight management, exercise or medication (including GLP-1 injections), consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional and follow their instructions. If you feel unwell or have an emergency, seek medical care immediately.
The GLP-1 injection log mode only lets you record your own injection dates, sites and scheduled days. It does not provide any dosage or medication advice.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to use the App. Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your data
Your logs are stored on your device, and you are responsible for managing and backing them up. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled. We cannot recover data lost because a device is lost or damaged, the App is uninstalled, or no backup was made.
4. WeekSlim Plus subscriptions and auto-renewal
- WeekSlim Plus is offered as a monthly subscription (NT$149 / month) and a yearly subscription (NT$1,190 / year). The actual price is shown in the App Store or Google Play and may vary by region and taxes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
- If you cancel, you keep access to Plus features until the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled under Apple’s or Google’s refund policies; please request them from the store.
5. AI features
AI nutrition assistant estimates are generated by a third-party AI service, are for reference only and may be inaccurate; please check and edit them. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, or content containing other people’s personal data. AI features may have usage limits and may be adjusted or suspended depending on service availability.
6. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, crack, disrupt or otherwise use the App unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
Rights in the App’s design, code, graphics and text belong to us or our licensors. The logs you create in the App belong to you.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these Terms.
